Return Policy: Absolutely NO returns for assembled cabinets.
**Un-assembled product must be returned within 14 business days of receipt in original packaging and sellable condition. A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returnable products.
Making changes to your order: Any changes after 2 business of submission will result in a 15% re-stocking fee per item. It will also result in a 10 business day delay from the date of change.
Delivery: We deliver to the curbside only. You are responsible to transport farther. **Recommended to have at least two helpers at the time of the delivery.
Picking up at J&K: We will only deliver the material to the end of your truck/trailer. You are responsible for loading and securing the material onto the vehicle. **Recommended to have at least two helpers.
How long do I have to pickup my order: Orders must be picked up in full, on the given due date. The complete order MUST be picked up, so please arrange accordingly. Any orders not picked up within 48 hours of the date given will be subject to a $50/day storage fee, applied to that order.
Rescheduling a Pick-up or Delivery Date: Changes must be made within 2 business days of the original purchase date. A $50 charge is applied to that order.
